In the sauna, problems seem to fade away with the steam.

The Limited Warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the sauna including seating, structure and the stove for the first year after purchase. We do not offer any coverage in regards to the trailer or windows. Some wear is to be expected and wood does do strange things naturally. 

Each sauna is unique and timelines can vary; however a typical build can take around 4-6 weeks. You will be made aware of the progress of your order at every step along the way.

There is no additional permits required to transport the sauna; it's ready to be taken on your next adventure! 

If you've purchased an electric stove version, an electrician will need to connect your sauna to a power supply. Then the sauna will need to be heated for several hours with the door open to ensure all dust and other contaminants are burned off.  

If you've purchased a wood burning version, preparations must be made for a fire. Similarly the woodfired sauna will also need to be heated and ventilated to ensure  all dust and other contaminants are burned off. We recommend finding a reliable source of dry firewood to keep the sauna sessions rolling.

Each piece of the sauna, from the benches to the rocks, wears down at different rates. As such, it's important to routinely clean and maintain your sauna. Each sauna comes with a detailed breakdown of when and how to best clean your sauna on a Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis.

We accept a variety of payments and work with our clients to determine a plan that is most appropriate for each situation.

Our typical structure is a 30% deposit, 30% at halfway, 30% once almost complete and the final 10% upon delivery.
